Enjoy Santomo's famous fugu dishes in the summer too! You can choose between grilled fugu or fugu hotpot.You can also have fried noodles instead of rice porridge.(Reservation required 3 days in advance) This course includes a menu of pufferfish, which is sourced from Shimonoseki, and is accompanied by conger eel, a seasonal treat of summer. (Conger eel is available from around July.)
